Function SphereFromVector

SphereFromVector(vector: Vector): Spherical
Converts Cartesian coordinates to spherical coordinates.

Given a Cartesian vector, returns latitude, longitude, and distance.
Parameters
- vector: Vector
  Cartesian vector to be converted to spherical coordinates.
Returns Spherical
Spherical coordinates that are equivalent to the given vector.
